Kagame Says He Has a Driving Licence

It all started with a tweet by journalist Fred Mwasa:

Then a Twitter use commented, asking if the President has a driving licence.

@mwasa @PaulKagame Does the Afande has a valid driver license?It would be very interesting to have a police traffic check him out

Kagame later responded, saying he has one.

President Kagame is a keen driver and he usually drives himself around the city or when he’s travelling upcountry.
