Wednesday was a gloomy day and it rained heavily in the afternoon. The typical five minutes of pouring that is usually followed by blue skies. In the evening, I attended a panel discussion featuring Celine Uwineza and Gaël Faye. The topic of the discussion was trauma and its impact on the nation's consciousness.

The event was held at a local innovation centre. There was a setup of red and orange hexagonal futons in the open area, and a table in the back where many appetisers and drinks were made available for the attendees. A quick headcount of about forty participants.
