A Note on April

The month of April is when thoughts of the people of this nation and beyond are fully absorbed by what happened twenty-three years ago.

As we vow for genocide to never happen again, we write to think and seek to understand the past, the present and explore what the future holds. We write for the stories and this very drive to stay alive, with hope to see more Rwandans join the movement.

All in a direction to shape a better future, we hope our stories trigger ideas, open conversations, and invite perspectives on different concepts; on which we have always wished to speak and expand our knowledge.

With hope, we remember those who perished in the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.
