Second Edition of Isaano Arts Festival Begins with Nneka Performing at Petit Stade
The second edition of Isaano Arts Festival kicks off this Friday, 12 February 2016 in Kigali with 35-year-old Nigerian singer, songwriter Nneka performing at Petit Stade in Remera.
Nneka performed at a solo concert organised by the Goethe-Institut in Kigali back in 2012.
Isaano Arts Festival will go through Sunday, 21 February 2016, featuring, according to organisers, music performances, dance, archery, spoken word poetry, comedy, a fashion show, and a literary session.
Artists Ali Keita (Ivory Coast), Joel Sebunjo (Uganda), Yvonne Mwale (Zambia), Big Furious (Burundi), and Rwanda’s Nirere Shannel, Charly & Nina, Active, Dream Boys, Riderman, Eric One-key, and the Comedy Knights crew, among others, will appear on stage.
Entry fees are frw 5,000 and 1,000.
